Real Madrid started the game on the front foot as the likes of Jude Bellingham synced well with Brahim Diaz as both players lead the attack. Early chances fell on Los Blancos’ part and while Joselu could show up a few times, it wasn’t enough to make justice to the opportunities.
AC Milan slowly grew up on the match and continued establishing a 3v3 situation with Real Madrid defenders to create a goal. The Rossoneri kept the momentum ongoing and that bore fruit to them in the 26th minute when Fikayo Tomori headed home from a corner.
